“I know most people look at reviews to determine if they would be willing to use a certain company or not. I normally do not write reviews, but since selling your home is a BIG deal. I felt as if I needed to based on my own personal experience with Nexus Homebuyers. First, my husband and I live out of state and had a home that was being rented by tenants. We knew with the time, money & drive it would not be in our best interest to repair the home go through trying to find a realtor in order to sell the home, etc. So we reached out to Nexus Homebuyers. We met Zach at the rental property he assessed the home made an offer right there on the spot. It was not a low ball offer because I know some companies will do this. He told me then we would be closing in a week. Zach and his business partner Matt called my husband and I went over any questions/concerns we had and explained the entire process and what the next step would be at closing. (side note) They even paid closing costs and fees. We literally did not have to do one thing except sign at closing. Now I know what most would be thinking that’s too good to be true. Well, we felt the same at first, but Nexus Homebuyers did exactly what they said they would do. We closed yesterday literally one week later. I would highly recommend Zach & Matt & Nexus Homebuyers to anyone with needing to sell your home. They are very honest, quick response, upfront and just nice people.
